Post-acquisition, the Epocrates renewed our focus on new features, solutions & improvements to the current application. Through foundational research, Medication Review & Reconciliation was identified as a key pain point for physicians.
This process was known to be time consuming & frequently inaccurate. These risks were amplified in in elderly and chronic populations, for whom the health risks were substantially greater.
