In 2018, athenahealth began developing a unified patient portal solution. Previously, patients logged in to each one of their athenahealth physicians individually - but a new, more accessible & intuitive interface increased volume to athe

Specifically, I was responsible for designing billing & scheduling solutions, while coordinating & leading research efforts for the larger product.
